They have many exciting developments coming. What We're Looking For AVTECH is seeking a knowledgeable and friendly technical support specialist to join our team. Your communication skills will serve you well as you present the public face of AVTECH to our valued customers from around the world, assisting them in resolving issues with hardware, firmware and software via phone, email and live chat. You'll also have the opportunity to expand your multi-media skills - all the while increasing our responsiveness and efficiency - by creating instructional videos and FAQs for our comprehensive web site. What We Need For This Position
  • Excellent trouble-shooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Knowledge of standard IT and data center terminology.
  • Excellent communication skills, including:
    • Clear, correct, reader-friendly technical writing.
    • The ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical people.
  • Knack for juggling mutliple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
You'll Really Impress Us With
  • Experience creating online videos or webinars.
  • Experience writing or editing technical articles, application notes or FAQs.
  • Experience with basic computer hardware repair and diagnostic equipment.
  • Fluency in a foreign language, particularly Spanish.
