AVTECH Software is pleased to announce that an update to the Room Alert 26W Firmware is available for download at AVTECH.com. NOTE: AVTECH Device Discovery v3.0.3 or higher is required for this update *Please Read The Following Before Updating* NOTE: AVTECH Device Discovery v3.0.3 or higher is required for this update. Please be sure any web browsers currently accessing the unit are closed to be sure all files are updated correctly. IMPORTANT: This is a major firmware update. Please backup existing settings using AVTECH Device Discovery by right-clicking on the device in the list and selecting 'Backup Settings' before applying this update. Please carefully read all of the items below to review all new features and major updates. Resolved an issue that could cause email messages not to send if authentication was disabled. Added an 'Uptime' value to the trace output as a way to determine how long the device has been powered on. Resolved an issue that could cause the unit to stop responding if trace was left running for extended periods of time.
