TemPageR is designed specifically to monitor temperature in IT data centers and other facilities in 1-3 different locations up to 200' apart. Once plugged into the network, the TemPageR monitor allows users to log temperature sensor status for immediate alert notification, historical review and graphing. Alert notifications via email, email-to-SMS, SNMP and more communicate to devices like computers, mobile phones, iPhones, BlackBerrys, pagers and PDAs. TemPageR has an easy to use web browser interface for settings changes and viewing real-time sensor status from anywhere.

TemPageR monitors environments like small phone or wiring closets, critical rack cabinets and larger computer rooms or data centers. Since TemPageR is connected via Ethernet and does not require a host PC for operation, it can be located anywhere an Ethernet connection is available. Sensors can be run inside a rack cabinet, air vent, sub-floor or other location. TemPageR will help to protect valuable IT & facility equipment and minimize downtime if a disaster does occur.

In addition to TemPageR's built-in web browser interface, each monitor includes a powerful software application from AVTECH known as Device ManageR. Device ManageR is bundled with the hardware at no additional cost (i.e. FREE with each monitor purchase), adding important benefits above and beyond any similar competitive product.

Device ManageR is designed as an all-in-one tool for the discovery, management, monitoring, logging, graphing, alerting, automatic corrective action and more of AVTECH's environment monitors. It runs as a Windows Service and will provide advanced monitoring, logging and graphing capabilities through a powerful, yet easy to use web browser interface. It allows instant network discovery of monitors, automatic notification of firmware updates, multi-unit or group set up, sensor data logging and graphing, and much more. Sensor data can be compared side by side, instantly exported to Excel and updated in real-time.

Plugins for Device ManageR are now available to provide the functionality to Shutdown, Reboot and/or Log Off Windows systems remotely, Shutdown and/or Reboot Unix/Linux systems remotely, Dial Out by sending text messages via a GSM modem, using a TAP service to send out text messages via a regular modem, dialing a phone directly and playing dial tones or voice and more.
