If desired, the history can also be exported to a CSV file.<\/p>\n<p>The article below outlines the steps to view both the <em>Current<\/em>\u00a0and <em>Historical<\/em> alert history, as well as how to export this data to a CSV file.<\/p>\n<p>1. In the web interface of AVTECH Device ManageR click the <strong>Device Status<\/strong>\u00a0Tab in the left hand menu of the main interface.<\/p>\n<p>2. Select the discovered device you wish to obtain the history data for.<\/p>\n<p>3. Toward the center of the screen you will see four tabs for your device. The window that displays will now show separate sections for any <em>Current<\/em>\u00a0and <em>Historical<\/em>\u00a0Alerts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">**Note** There is a drop down option for selecting the number of alerts that can be viewed. (10,20,50,100) This will depend on the amount of data that Device ManageR has polled\/collected for the unit. This can be done simply by clicking on the appropriate word <strong>View<\/strong>\u00a0or <strong>Hide<\/strong>\u00a0in the border area surrounding the displayed data.
