You may find the IP address of your Room Alert MAX, 32S, 12S, 3S, 32E\/W, 12E, 4E, 3E or 3W in your account at RoomAlert.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Legacy Devices<\/div>
\n

Early Legacy models do not push data to RoomAlert.com<\/a> and so will not have their IP address displayed there.<\/p>\n

These models include the Room Alert 26W, 24E, 11E and 7E and the TemPageR 4E and 3E.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

To find your unit’s IP address in your Room Alert Account, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

1. Log in to your account at RoomAlert.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In order to access your device in Room Alert Account, you must log in as an admin, operator or viewer-level user. For more information, please see the \u201cTypes of user roles\u201d section of our FAQ, How To Manage User Access To Your RoomAlert.com Account<\/a>.

2. Select Devices<\/strong> in the navigation bar to the left.<\/p>\n

3. Select your Room Alert Monitor from the Devices Inventory<\/em> list.<\/p>\n
