Quiet times silence alert notifications during specific days or times.<\/p>\n<p>For example, if you only want to be notified of an alert outside of business hours, you can set quiet times from approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.<\/p>\n<h2>Managing Quiet Time Schedules<\/h2>\n<p>You can manage all of your saved Quiet Time Schedules from the <em>Actions<\/em> tab. Log in to your account at <a href=\"http:\/\/roomalert.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">RoomAlert.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em>In order to edit parts of an alert, you must log in as an admin-level or operator-level user. For more information, please see the \u201cTypes of user roles\u201d section of our FAQ, <a href=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/23734\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">How To Manage User Access To Your RoomAlert.com Account<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2. In your <em>Alert List<\/em> tab, you&#8217;ll see a list of all of your configured alerts. In the <em>New Quiet Time<\/em> window, edit the label and timezone, and define time periods as desired.
