Log in to your account at <a href=\"http:\/\/roomalert.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RoomAlert.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em>In order to acknowledge an alert, you must log in as an admin-level or operator-level user. For more information, please see the \u201cTypes of user roles\u201d section of our FAQ, <a href=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/23734\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">How To Manage User Access To Your RoomAlert.com Account<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2. Select <strong>Alerts<\/strong> from the navigation bar to the left.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">3. In your <em>Alert List<\/em> tab, you&#8217;ll see a list of all of your configured alerts. Here, you&nbsp;may choose to add an optional note, documenting, for example, who is responding to the alert or how they are responding.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">4.
