This FAQ shows you how: <a href=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/140\/how-to-stop-start-and-restart-the-device-manager-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">How To Stop, Start And Restart The Device ManageR Service<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>1. Stop the Device ManageR service.<\/p>\n<p>2. You should now be able to access Device ManageR without providing any user credentials.
