We opened this location to further support our authorized AVTECH resellers in the UAE and surrounding areas and time zones. Our main objective here was to service customer, sales, and end user support issues outside of North America. We\u2019re proud to say that only one year into having our Dubai location, we\u2019ve seen significant growth in the success of our AVTECH resellers and we\u2019re looking forward to continued growth and success.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/unnamed.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/unnamed-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21486\" width=\"239\" height=\"179\" srcset=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/unnamed-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/unnamed-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/unnamed-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/unnamed.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 239px) 100vw, 239px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Below are some examples of the success we\u2019ve seen since opening our Dubai sales office.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>In the last 12 months of having our Dubai office&#8230;active resellers had a nearly 20% increase in revenue!<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>The number of active resellers is up 24% over the last year. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>The average reseller sale is up 58% from March 2020 to March 2021.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Since Steve Watson joined our team in Dubai, we\u2019ve realized significantly improved communication and relationships with resellers and customers all over the world.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><b>What\u2019s Next?<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are proud of our growth and success since expanding into the UAE. Even amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been able to safely and effectively provide sales support to our resellers and Room Alert users in many different locations around the world. We look forward to continuing to build our Reseller Channel and foster strong reseller relationships.
