If a user has lost or forgotten their password, then an administrator can generate a password reset token for them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only admin-level users can reset user passwords in Room Alert Manager. If you have lost \/ forgotten your password, please ask an administrator for a reset token.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- In order to reset another user’s password, you must log in as an admin-level user.

- Go to\u00a0Settings<\/strong>\u2013>Users\/Groups\u00a0<\/strong>in the navigation bar to the left. The Users<\/em> tab will open by default.

<\/li>- Locate the user that requires a password reset link. Select their name to open their User Profile<\/em>.

<\/li>- In the Change Password<\/em> page, enter a password that is between 8 and 128 characters long, and contains at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number.<\/li>
- Re-enter the same password into the Confirm New Password<\/em> field.
