Log in to your account at <a href=\"http:\/\/roomalert.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">RoomAlert.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>In order to request a device transfer, you must log in as an Administrator or Operator. For more information, please see the \u201cTypes of user roles\u201d section of our FAQ, <a href=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/23734\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">How To Manage User Access To Your RoomAlert.com Account<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>2. Select <strong>Devices<\/strong> in the navigation bar to the left of the screen.\u00a0You\u2019ll see the list of Room Alert Monitors that are already associated with your account in your <em>Inventory<\/em> tab.<\/p>\n<p>3. In the\u00a0<em>Device Transfer Request<\/em> page that appears:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; You&#8217;ll see a notice that the Room Alert Monitor is assigned to another organization, along with the organization&#8217;s name.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Select <strong>Request Transfer<\/strong> to send a request to that organization to approve the transfer of the device to your account.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/GTMD_Devices_RequestTransfer_Button.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3255\" src=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/GTMD_Devices_RequestTransfer_Button.png\" alt=\"GTMD_Devices_RequestTransfer_Button\" width=\"400\" height=\"368\" srcset=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/GTMD_Devices_RequestTransfer_Button.png 616w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/GTMD_Devices_RequestTransfer_Button-300x276.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>6. You&#8217;ll then see a new tab under your <em>Devices<\/em> page: the <em>Transfers<\/em> tab.
