This feature does not support modern Axis firmware.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>In order to view Axis camera image uploads through RoomAlert.com, you must have a Room Alert Account at the Professional level or higher. Please see this FAQ for account upgrade instructions: <a href=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/3572\/upgrade-roomalert-com-account\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-slimstat=\"5\">How To Upgrade Your RoomAlert.com Account<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Before you begin<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; You camera must be compatible with RoomAlert.com. Please see this list: <a href=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/5485\/list-axis-cameras-compatible-roomalert-com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">List Of Axis Cameras Compatible With RoomAlert.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Your camera must push at least once to RoomAlert.com. In order for it to do that, you must install certain firmware and applications on it. This FAQ shows you how: <a href=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/6686\/upload-required-software-roomalert-com-compatible-axis-camera-video\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">How To Upload Required Software To Your RoomAlert.com-Compatible Axis Camera (VIDEO)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Registering your camera<\/h3>\n<p>Once you determine your camera is compatible with RoomAlert.com and install&nbsp;the required firmware and applications, you may register it by following these steps:<\/p>\n<p>1. Log in to your account at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/roomalert.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">RoomAlert.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>In order to register your camera, you must log in as an admin-level or operator-level user. For more information, please see the \u201cTypes of user roles\u201d section of our FAQ, <a href=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/23734\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">How To Manage User Access To Your RoomAlert.com Account<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>2. In the navigation bar to the left, select <strong>Devices<\/strong>. You\u2019ll see the list of Room Alert Monitors and Axis cameras that are already associated with your account.<\/p>\n<p>3. When the <em>Register New Device<\/em> page appears:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u2013 Enter your camera&#8217;s MAC address. For assistance locating the MAC address, please see this FAQ on Axis&#8217; web site:&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.axis.com\/techsup\/serial.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Serial Number (Axis web site)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em>Please note that the serial number and MAC address are the same on&nbsp;Axis cameras. However, when you enter your camera&#8217;s MAC address into your Room Alert Account, separate the characters with colons (:) or dashes (-). <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em>Example: A1-B2-C3-D4-E5-F6 or A1:B2:C3:D4:E5:F6, not A1B2C3D4E5F6.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u2013 Then select <strong>Register Device<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/RAA_Register_Device_Form.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10242\" src=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/RAA_Register_Device_Form.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"186\" srcset=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/RAA_Register_Device_Form.png 912w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/RAA_Register_Device_Form-300x93.png 300w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/RAA_Register_Device_Form-768x238.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>5.
