This feature does not support modern Axis firmware.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>You may configure the following settings in the GoToMyDevices Image Push application on your <a href=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/5485\/list-axis-cameras-compatible-roomalert-com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">compatible Axis camera<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Maximum motion frames: the maximum number of images the camera pushes to your account at <a href=\"http:\/\/roomalert.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">RoomAlert.com<\/a> in response to one motion event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Motion enabled: enables or disables motion detection.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Motion guard time: the number of seconds the camera waits after one motion event has begun before&nbsp;detecting the next one.<\/p>\n<p>Below are these settings at the defaults:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Axis_Applications_GTMD_Image_Push_Settings_Default.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6788\" src=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Axis_Applications_GTMD_Image_Push_Settings_Default.png\" alt=\"Axis_Applications_GTMD_Image_Push_Settings_Default\" width=\"550\" height=\"207\" srcset=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Axis_Applications_GTMD_Image_Push_Settings_Default.png 794w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Axis_Applications_GTMD_Image_Push_Settings_Default-300x113.png 300w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Axis_Applications_GTMD_Image_Push_Settings_Default-768x289.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Configuring GoToMyDevices Image Push Settings<\/h3>\n<p>To configure your GoToMyDevices Image Push settings, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1. Open your camera&#8217;s web interface. You may open it using AVTECH&#8217;s Device ManageR software, your Room Alert Account, Axis&nbsp;Camera Management software or Axis IP Utility. You may also type the unit&#8217;s IP address directly into your web browser&#8217;s address bar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Axis_Live_View.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6696\" src=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Axis_Live_View.png\" alt=\"Axis_Live_View\" width=\"600\" height=\"127\" srcset=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Axis_Live_View.png 914w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Axis_Live_View-300x64.png 300w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Axis_Live_View-768x163.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2. Select <strong>Setup<\/strong> at the top of the page.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">3. Select <strong>Applications<\/strong> from the navigation bar to the left.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">4. Then select <strong>GTMD Image Push<\/strong> to open the <em>Application Settings<\/em> page.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Axis_Applications_GTMD_Image_Push_Settings_Navigation.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6791\" src=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Axis_Applications_GTMD_Image_Push_Settings_Navigation.png\" alt=\"Axis_Applications_GTMD_Image_Push_Settings_Navigation\" width=\"550\" height=\"207\" srcset=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Axis_Applications_GTMD_Image_Push_Settings_Navigation.png 794w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Axis_Applications_GTMD_Image_Push_Settings_Navigation-300x113.png 300w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Axis_Applications_GTMD_Image_Push_Settings_Navigation-768x289.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">5.&nbsp;In the&nbsp;<em>Parameter Settings<\/em> section, you may configure the following:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">&#8211;&nbsp;In <em>Maximum motion frames<\/em>, you may leave the default, 10 images, or enter a value between 1 and 30 images.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">&#8211; In <em>Motion enabled<\/em>, you may leave the box filled in (the default), or you may uncheck the box to disable motion detection. Note that if you disable it, you will not receive any images from the camera in your Room Alert Account.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">&#8211; In <em>Motion guard time<\/em>, you may leave the default, 60 seconds, or enter a value between 60 and 3600 seconds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">6. When you&#8217;re ready, select <strong>Save<\/strong> to temporarily save your changes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Axis_Applications_GTMD_Image_Push_Settings_Parameters.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6792\" src=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Axis_Applications_GTMD_Image_Push_Settings_Parameters.png\" alt=\"Axis_Applications_GTMD_Image_Push_Settings_Parameters\" width=\"500\" height=\"112\" srcset=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Axis_Applications_GTMD_Image_Push_Settings_Parameters.png 597w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Axis_Applications_GTMD_Image_Push_Settings_Parameters-300x67.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">7. Restart the GoToMyDevices Image Push application to commit the changes. Follow these steps to restart it:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">&#8211; Select <strong>Applications<\/strong>&nbsp;from the navigation bar to the left to open the&nbsp;<em>Application Packages<\/em> page<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">&#8211; Under <em>Installed Applications<\/em>, highlight GoToMyDevices Image Push by clicking on it once.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">&#8211; Select <strong>Stop<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">&#8211; Wait for the application&#8217;s status to change to&nbsp;<em>Stopped<\/em>. (Axis Video Motion Detection 3 should go to <em>Idle<\/em> status.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">&#8211; Then select <strong>Start<\/strong> to restart GoToMyDevices Image push.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">&#8211; Make sure the application&#8217;s status changes to <em>Running<\/em>. (Axis Video Motion Detection 3 should change to&nbsp;<em>Running<\/em> status as well, unless you disabled motion detection\u2014in that case, it will remain <em>Idle<\/em>.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">8.
