What We're Looking For

AVTECH is seeking a driven International Product Specialist to join our inside sales team. You’ll use your passion for sales to grow the ever-expanding base of loyal end users for our technologically-advanced hardware and software products and services, with a primary focus on customers outside the USA and Canada. You’ll sell with confidence to IT and facilities managers at organizations of all types and sizes, knowing that you’re backed by the reliable, high-value products and outstanding team of a market leader.

What We Need For This Position

  • Demonstrated understanding of effective selling strategies and dedication to superior customer service.
  • Record of attaining or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Ability to learn and explain our products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical people.
  • Ability to establish ongoing relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work effectively with the provided sales tools and a CRM to track customer activity and relationships.
  • Ability to understand and overcome the challenges of selling and shipping internationally, including export restrictions, customs, taxes and duties.

You'll Really Impress Us With

  • Knowledge of the IT field and experience in the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with sensors, controls or remote monitoring devices.
  • Experience with working with resellers and channel sales programs.
  • Experience selling for or selling to Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  • Experience with international business.
  • Fluency in a foreign language, particularly Spanish.
