If you register legacy devices (Room Alert 26W, 24E, 11E & 7E and TemPageR 4E & 3E) to your GoToMyDevices account, you'll see this Legacy tab in your Downloads page. Download firmware, MIB files, and other documentation for these devices here.

Download firmware for your Room Alert devices and apply it using either the Device Discovery Utility or Device ManageR software (both listed below). You can find instructions here: How To Update Firmware On AVTECH Devices

If you don't have access to firmware for one of your models, that may mean that your device is not yet registered to your account. You can register it in the Devices page.

Use this utility to discover your Room Alert devices, update their firmware, set static IP addresses, and more.

If you want a local software install or require network actions, such as automated system shutdowns and reboots, you can use Device ManageR to monitor your devices.

Configure alerts on sensors to notify you immediately when there is an issue that needs to be addressed, or configure Device ManageR to perform automatic corrective action.

Apply this application to your GoToMyDevices-compatible Axis camera and capture live snapshots to your account when motion is detected. This allows you to visually determine alert causes and better troubleshoot potential issues at the facility when you're not there.

You also have the option of monitoring your Room Alert with a 3rd-party SNMP application. Load MIB files into the application to allow it to properly read data from your Room Alert.

You may find MIB files for current Room Alert models (Room Alert 32E/W, 12E, 4E and 3E) in the unit’s web interface in the SNMP Settings page.
