If you belong to more than 1 account in RoomAlert.com, you may switch between them by following these steps:
1. Log in to RoomAlert.com.
2. Select the organization name in the top left of the screen.
3. When the drop-down menu appears, select the organization whose account you wish to view.
4. Your view will then switch to that account. Depending on your user role for that account, you’ll have access to its devices, alerts, downloads, etc.

If you are using this client, you should configure the general SNMPv3 Credentials, but leave the Read / Write SNMPv3 Credentials section blank.
