You may export sensor data from your Room Alert Account for data trending and reporting purposes. Your Room Alert Account outputs the data to a .csv file, which you may then view in a spreadsheet program.
To export sensor data, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at RoomAlert.com.
In order to export sensor data, you must log in as an Administrator, Operator or Viewer. For more information, please see the “Types of user roles” section of our FAQ, How To Manage User Access To Your RoomAlert.com Account.
2. In the navigation bar to the left, select Devices.
3. Then select the Room Alert Monitor device that you wish to export data from.
4. You’ll see the Device Details page.
5. In the upper right corner of the page, select your time range, using either:
– the time period drop-down menu 
– or the calendar icon button 
.
6. Then select the Download Data button 
.
7. The device’s senor data will download as a .csv document.

If you are using this client, you should configure the general SNMPv3 Credentials, but leave the Read / Write SNMPv3 Credentials section blank.
