To view only those sensors that matter to you, you may hide unneeded sensors from your Room Alert Monitor’s Device Details page.
First, open your Room Alert Monitor’s Device Details page by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account at RoomAlert.com.
In order to hide or unhide a sensor, you must log in as an Administrator or Operator. For more information, please see the “Types of user roles” section of our FAQ, How To Manage User Access To Your RoomAlert.com Account.
2. In the navigation bar to the left, select Devices.
3. Select your Room Alert.
Then follow the instructions below to hide/unhide or show a list of hidden sensors.

To run Windows Command Prompt as an administrator:
If you are using this client, you should configure the general SNMPv3 Credentials, but leave the Read / Write SNMPv3 Credentials section blank.
