How To Hide And Unhide Sensors In Your RoomAlert.com Account

To hide a sensor, follow these steps:

1. In your Room Alert’s Device Details page, scroll to the sensor you wish to hide. In our example, we’ll be hiding the Internal Sensor.

2. Select Hide.

3. When the confirmation dialog box appears, select Hide Sensor.

4. You’ll be brought back to the Sensors list, and that sensor will no longer appear.

5. Repeat the steps above for any sensor you do not wish to see.

To view a list of hidden sensors, follow these steps:

1. Locate the Sensors heading on your device’s Device Details page.

2. Select Show Hidden Sensors.

3. View the list of hidden sensors that appears.

4. To exit this view without making changes, select Back to Device in the top right corner.

To unhide a sensor, follow these steps:

1. Open the hidden sensors list as instructed above.

2. Select Make Visible in the sensor you wish to see again.

3. Select Back to Device in the top right corner to return to your Room Alert’s Device Details page.

4. Note that the sensor now appears again in the Sensors list.
