When you install Room Alert Link on your computer, you’ll need your authorization key. To find your key, please follow the steps below.
1. Log in to your account at RoomAlert.com.
In order to configure Room Alert Link, you must log in as an admin-level or operator-level user. For more information, please see the “Types of user roles” section of our FAQ, How To Manage User Access To Your RoomAlert.com Account
2. In the navigation bar to the left, select Devices, and go to the Room Alert Links tab.
3. Select the tabs below to find your key on this page.
If you haven’t started setting up your Link at RoomAlert.com, select the Add Link button in the upper right corner of the page.
After you name your link, you’ll see your authorization key, as shown below.
If you already set up your Link in RoomAlert.com, but forgot to copy its authorization key, please follow these steps.
Select your Link from the list to open its Details page.
Then select the Reinstall Link button.
Here’ you’ll see its authorization code.

To run Windows Command Prompt as an administrator:
If you are using this client, you should configure the general SNMPv3 Credentials, but leave the Read / Write SNMPv3 Credentials section blank.
