All Room Alert Monitors feature ports to connect external sensors and/or accessories, allowing you to fully customize your environmental monitoring. AVTECH offers a wide variety of external sensors to monitor everything from temperature and humidity to power loss, water leaks and more. If any ports on your device(s) are currently empty, it’s an opportunity to better protect your facility!
Room Alert Account makes it easy to identify any available ports on your devices, and quickly select products—including digital, analog, and switch sensors, or Light Towers and Relays—to fill those ports.
To get started, go to the + More Monitoring tab in your account at RoomAlert.com.
By default, your Room Alert Monitors push sensor data to Room Alert Account at regular intervals. (For more information, please see: What Triggers A Push To RoomAlert.com.) Along with current sensor readings, this data also contains information about the types of sensors that are connected and how they are configured within the Room Alert firmware.
