To configure Office 365 as a mail server in Device ManageR, please enter the following settings in Settings→SMTP Email.
Mail Server IP or DNS Name: smtp.office365.com
Port Number: 587
Use TLS: checked
From (Return) Email Address: Your full Office 365 address
Username: Your full Office 365 address
Password: Your Office 365 password

If you are using this client, you should configure the general SNMPv3 Credentials, but leave the Read / Write SNMPv3 Credentials section blank.
