How To Register For A Room Alert User Profile

Follow the steps below to register through RoomAlert.com:

1. In your web browser, go to https://account.roomalert.com/gateway.
2. Select Register for Free.
3. The Enter your email address to register dialog box will appear.
   • In Email, enter the email address that AVTECH has on file for you.
   • Then select Register.
     
4. After a moment, you’ll see confirmation that an email has been sent to the address you entered.
   
5. Check your email for the New User Registration Request message. Select the Continue Creating My Profile button in the message to continue the process.
   
6. The link will take you to the Complete Your Account Registration page. Enter a password of at least 10 characters that contains an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, and number. Then select Create Account.
   
7. After your registration has been processed, you will be signed in; from there, your account is ready to use.

Follow the steps below to register through the Room Alert mobile app:

1. Get the Room Alert mobile app for free from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Open the app. The first screen you’ll see is titled “Connect to your Room Alert Account.”
   • Enter your company email address and select Next.
     
3. If your email address is not already registered in the system, you’ll see a message to send an email registration link.
   • Click Register to send the link.
     
4. After a moment, you’ll see confirmation that an email has been sent to the address you entered.
5. Check your email for the New User Registration Request message.
   • Select the Continue Creating My Profile button in the message to continue the process.
     
6. The link will take you to the Complete Your Profile page. Enter a password of at least 10 characters that contains an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, and number.
   • Then select Complete registration.
     
7. After your registration has been processed, you will be signed in; from there, your account is ready to use.
