Along with the security measures built into our Room Alert ‘S’ models, there are additional settings that you may apply in order to maximize security.
We recommend customizing the password for your Room Alert Monitor settings.

If you are monitoring your Room Alert device via SNMP, we recommend using v3 at the security level: with both authentication and privacy.
How To Configure SNMPv3 On Your Room Alert 32S, 12S & 3S
Room Alert devices have a tracing feature that can be used for troubleshooting purposes. You may disable this feature within the device’s Settings page.

If you are using this client, you should configure the general SNMPv3 Credentials, but leave the Read / Write SNMPv3 Credentials section blank.
