In Room Alert Manager, password reset tokens are required to:
Tokens are one-time use only, and expire 24 hours after they are generated.
If a user has lost or forgotten their password, then an administrator can generate a password reset token for them.
To configure your password for the first time, or to reset a lost/forgotten password, enter your token into Room Alert Manager’s Login page.
Only admin-level users can reset user passwords in Room Alert Manager. If you have lost / forgotten your password, please ask an administrator for a reset token.
