New Room Alert Account Dashboard: Drag, Drop, Monitor

When environmental conditions change, having the right information at a glance can make all the difference. The new customizable Room Alert Account dashboard puts your most important monitoring data in one place, so your team can track conditions, spot trends and stay informed about potential issues.

With drag-and-drop widgets, temperature trend graphs, monitor maps and more, you can organize your dashboard around what matters most to your facility, making it easier to monitor your environment and respond when conditions change.

Build a Dashboard That Fits Your Facility

Choose the widgets that give your team the clearest picture of your environment. Available widgets include:

  • Graphs: Track high and low temperature trends over 1 day, 1 week or 1 month. A gradual temperature change can be easy to miss in a single reading, but a graph can help you spot patterns and investigate before conditions become a bigger problem.
  • Maps: See your Room Alert monitors on a map, along with details like connection status, configured alerts and IP address. If a monitor goes offline, you can quickly identify which device needs attention and investigate whether a network issue may be involved.
  • Heat Index Gauge: Get a quick “Feels Like” reading and risk level for your space. This helps your team recognize potentially unsafe heat conditions, determine when further action may be needed, and maintain OSHA or other compliance standards.
  • Statistics: Check alerts triggered, low-battery sensors, devices pushing data and more in one view. This makes it easier to identify warning signs, such as a sensor with a low battery, before they interfere with your monitoring.
  • Individual Sensor Readings: Keep your most critical sensors, their latest readings and battery strength in plain sight. Whether you’re checking a sensitive storage area or a key piece of equipment, you can quickly review the conditions that matter most.
  • Data Tables: Review alert history and active alerts, including each alert’s threshold, latest reading and 24-hour trend. When an issue occurs, this information can help you understand what was reported, compare readings with your configured thresholds and determine what needs follow-up. In the event of an audit, you’ll be prepared with documented and accurate historical records.

More widgets and features are on the way.

Stay One Step Ahead

Environmental issues are easier to address when they’re caught early. Room Alert notifies your team as soon as conditions cross your thresholds, and a dashboard organized around your priorities shows the trends leading up to them. That gives your team time to act before an issue affects equipment, operations or people.

The dashboard also works alongside the rest of Room Alert Account. Create customized alerts, set up scheduled reports, and use Monitor360 technology to build virtual sensors and alerts that show you why conditions are changing, not just what is happening. With the free Room Alert mobile app, your team also gets push notifications and in-app chat wherever they are.

Free for Every Room Alert User

Room Alert Account access is free for every organization and never expires. Upgraded tiers are also available for organizations that need expanded alerts and reports, or longer historical data retention. Monitoring works best when it’s in place before you need it.
