How To Add Additional Actions To Alerts In Your RoomAlert.com Account (VIDEO) For organizations at the Professional level of RoomAlert.com or higher.

If your organization’s Room Alert Account has been upgraded to the Professional level or higher, you can add multiple actions to your alerts. This allows you to notify multiple contacts of alert conditions.

Step 1: Open your alert's interface.

Follow these steps to open the alert’s interface:

1. Log in to your account at RoomAlert.com.

2. Select Alerts from the navigation bar to the left.

3. In your Alert List tab, you’ll see a list of all of your configured alerts. Click on an alert to open its interface.

4. Here, you can configure advanced features.

Step 2: Add additional actions to the alert.

Follow these steps to add an additional action to the alert:

1. First, select +Add Action to open the New Action section.

2. In Type, select your action type.

– In our example, we’re selecting Email Message.

3.  Fill out the unique fields for that action type.

For Email Message, the unique field is Address.

4. If desired, configure the action to repeat, schedule quiet times, and set a delay.

5. Then, select Save Changes to save your new action.

6. Repeat these steps to create as many actions as you’d like.
